Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Tuesday, including boards, public forms, workflow emails, shared links, comments, files, images, rich text, and other user-generated content.

You may not use Tuesday to create, upload, store, submit, send, or share content that:

• Violates any law, regulation, contract, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right, or other right of another person or organization.
• Contains malware, harmful code, phishing material, credential-harvesting pages, or content designed to disrupt or compromise systems.
• Is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, exploitative, or intended to cause harm.
• Contains illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Collects sensitive personal information through public forms without appropriate notice, consent, legal basis, and safeguards.
• Includes highly sensitive regulated data such as medical or health records, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, full financial account numbers, payment card numbers, student education records, legal case files, or similar sensitive records unless we have agreed in writing to support that use.
• Sends spam, unauthorized commercial email, deceptive messages, or email to recipients who have not agreed to receive it.

Tuesday is designed for general work management, operations, boards, workflows, public forms, and team collaboration. It is not designed for HIPAA, PCI, FERPA, GLBA, or similar regulated-data workflows. Do not use Tuesday to collect or store highly sensitive regulated data unless NoCodeMinute LLC has expressly agreed in writing to support that use.

You are responsible for how you configure public forms, shared item links, board access, workflow recipients, uploaded files, and form submission fields. Do not publish links or collect information in a way that violates privacy, security, employment, healthcare, financial, education, or other laws that may apply to your use.

We may remove content, disable links, restrict email sending, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated, if required by law, or if use of Tuesday creates risk for users, recipients, service providers, or the service.

To report abuse, spam, infringement, phishing, harmful content, or misuse of Tuesday, contact us with the relevant URL, account email if known, screenshots, and a short description.
