Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tuesday, a workspace and task management app operated by NoCodeMinute LLC. By creating an account, signing in, accepting an invite, submitting a public form, or using Tuesday, you agree to these Terms.

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for managing board members, public form links, shared item links, and workflow recipients.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you add to Tuesday, including boards, items, comments, files, images, public form submissions, and workflow configuration. You grant NoCodeMinute LLC the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content so we can provide Tuesday.

You agree not to use Tuesday to violate law, harm others, misuse public forms or workflows, send unauthorized email, upload harmful code, or store infringing or abusive content. The full Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt systems.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized commercial email through workflows or invites.
• Store or share illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Store or collect highly sensitive regulated data, including medical or health records, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, full financial account numbers, payment card numbers, student education records, legal case files, or similar sensitive records unless we have agreed in writing to support that use.
• Attempt to bypass security, access accounts or data without permission, or overload the service.
• Use public forms, shared links, or workflows in a way that harms others or violates applicable privacy or email laws.

Tuesday is intended for general work management and collaboration. It is not intended for regulated healthcare, payment card storage, student education records, financial account records, legal case files, or similar highly sensitive workflows unless we expressly agree in writing to support that use.

Tuesday may allow you to configure workflow actions, including sending emails. You are responsible for the recipients, message content, and legal basis for emails you configure. Tuesday may include unsubscribe links, sender information, and compliance headers in emails sent through the service.

Tuesday depends on third-party providers, including Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and Postmark. Their services may affect availability, delivery, storage, authentication, billing, cancellation, and performance.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tuesday at any time. We try to keep Tuesday reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Tuesday Pro is offered with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required at signup. After the trial, continued access to your own boards requires an active paid plan, valid promo access, or another access method we provide. Current pricing is shown before checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, and cancellation through the Billing page in Tuesday, which opens Stripe's customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically delete your account or content.

Unless a different refund policy is required by law or stated in writing, fees already charged are non-refundable. If a subscription expires, is canceled, becomes past due, or cannot be verified, access to paid platform features may be restricted.

Tuesday is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeMinute LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeMinute LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to Tuesday.

You may stop using Tuesday at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. The Data Requests page explains how to request access, correction, export, or deletion. The Security and Copyright page explains how to report vulnerabilities, abuse, or infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above shows when these Terms were last changed. Continued use of Tuesday after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
