Available Requests
Depending on where you live and how you use Tuesday, you may request help with personal information associated with your account.
- Access: ask what personal information Tuesday stores about your account.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account or personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational limits.
- Export: ask for a copy of account or workspace data where available.
- Email preferences: unsubscribe from non-security emails or ask for help with email delivery settings.
How to Make a Request
Email us from the address connected to your Tuesday account. Include your request type, your account email, and enough detail for us to find the relevant account, board, public form, file, or workflow email.

Verification
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. For workspace or board content, we may also need to confirm whether you are the account owner, board owner, administrator, invited member, public form submitter, or email recipient.
Timing and Limits
We try to respond to valid requests within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, service logs, backups, or enforcement of our agreements.
