Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Tuesday is operated by NoCodeMinute LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Tuesday, including the web app, public forms, workflow emails, file uploads, and related services.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as your email address, display name, Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, and authentication metadata.
  • Workspace and board content, including board names, groupings, items, column values, comments, workflow configuration, workflow logs, public form submissions, and related timestamps.
  • Files and media you upload, including images, file names, storage paths, and hosted file URLs.
  • Email delivery information needed to send invites, password resets, chat notifications, workflow emails, form notifications, and unsubscribe records.
  • Billing and subscription information processed through Stripe, such as customer ID, subscription status, trial status, invoice and payment metadata, and billing portal activity. Stripe handles payment card details; Tuesday does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser information, device information, request metadata, logs, and error information.
  • Local app settings stored in your browser, such as theme, sidebar state, Firebase auth state, and other strictly necessary app preferences.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, secure, maintain, and improve Tuesday.
  • To authenticate users and control access to workspaces, boards, public forms, and shared content.
  • To store and display the content you and your team add to Tuesday.
  • To send service emails, such as password reset messages, board invites, chat notifications, workflow emails, and form submission notifications.
  • To process workflow automation rules that you configure.
  • To provide trials, paid subscriptions, promo access, billing support, and subscription cancellation through Stripe.
  • To investigate bugs, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To honor unsubscribe and privacy requests.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we process personal information under one or more legal bases, depending on the context: to perform our contract with you, to operate and secure Tuesday based on legitimate interests, to comply with legal obligations, to protect vital or safety interests where necessary, or with consent where a specific law requires consent.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Tuesday. These providers process information for us according to their services and agreements.

  • Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, file storage, hosting, cloud functions, logs, and infrastructure.
  • Postmark for transactional and notification email delivery.
  • Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, trials, payment method management, customer portal, invoices, and related billing records.
  • Apple, Google, browser, or device platform services when you access Tuesday through those platforms.

Subprocessors and Data Processing Terms

For business customers and teams, Tuesday may process workspace and board content on behalf of the customer. Our Data Processing Addendum and Subprocessors page provide additional information about processor roles, subprocessors, security measures, and international transfers.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to operate Tuesday, with service providers, with workspace or board members according to your sharing settings, when you direct us to share it, or when required to comply with law, safety, security, or legal process.

Public Forms and Shared Links

If you create or submit a public form, the form fields and submission content may be visible to the board owner and authorized board members. Anyone with a valid public form link may be able to submit information through that form.

Public form creators are responsible for providing any additional notices or consents required for the information they collect. Public form submitters can contact us or the form creator for help with access, correction, or deletion requests.

Email Preferences

Tuesday emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future non-security Tuesday emails to that address, such as invites, workflow emails, chat notifications, and form notifications. We may still send required account or security emails, such as password reset messages.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information as long as needed to provide Tuesday, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep backups. You can request account or data deletion by contacting us or by using available account deletion tools. Account deletion removes your account and solo boards, removes you from shared boards, and may anonymize your past shared activity. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, billing records, unsubscribe records, abuse-prevention records, or records we must keep for legal, tax, security, or operational reasons.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain personal information. California and other U.S. state privacy laws may also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Tuesday does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, visit the Data Requests page or contact us using the information below.

International Transfers

Tuesday is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other applicable safeguards.

Complaints

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another location with privacy supervisory authorities, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Tuesday. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords and control who has access to your boards and links.

Children

Tuesday is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date above shows when this policy was last changed.
